Responsible for landscaping and maintaining grounds and property using hand and power tools and equipment. This includes mowing, weed eating, edging, raking, trimming, planting, pruning, aerating, fertilizing, and watering. Performs spring and fall lawn and flower bed clean ups. Grading, digging, raking, seeding, hauling and spreading mulch and topsoil using wheelbarrow, shovels, and rakes. Install sod, flowers, trees, bushes, fencing and mortarless segmental concrete masonry units. Clean and maintain tools and equipment. Use an array of hand tools and gas-powered tools, including mowers, string trimmers, and air blowers.
