  Assist in the performance of all aspects of the purse boat operation. Tasks assigned to this position include but are not limited to working with nets, net deployment and retrieving equipment and bailing fish from net to the steamer. Fishermen are also responsible for maintaining the vessel in a sanitary, organized condition. Complete all tasks safely. Report all hazards, accidents, injuries, or environmental excursions to Captain or a member of the management team immediately. Follow all terms/conditions of Fisherman’s Agreement.
