LANDSCAPE LABORER (7) MULTIPLE SITES IN ST LOUIS COUNTY. 5/15/25-12/15/25. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. CLEANUPS, MOWING OF LAWNS, TRIMMING OF SHRUBS, WEEDING, MULCHING, SPREADING OF TOPSOIL, TREE & SHRUB PLANTINGS, IRRIGATION WORK. OPERATING OF RIDE ON MOWERS, WEEDWACKERS, SHRUB TRIMMERS AND BLOWERS. MONDAY-FRIDAY. 8AM-5PM 40 HOURS/WEEK. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS PER WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE. $19.30/HR AND $28.95/HR OVERTIME PAY. EMPLOYER WILL TRANSPORT WORKERS TO & FROM EACH JOB LOCATION. ASINGLE WORKWEEK WILL BE USED TO COMPUTE WAGES. WORKERS WILLBE PAID WEEKLY, ON FRIDAY. ALL DEDUCTIONS FROM THE WORKER'SPAYCHECK REQUIRED BY LAW WILL BE MADE. THE EMPLOYER WILLPROVIDE WORKERS AT NO CHARGE ALL TOOLS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENTREQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB. THE WORKER WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOR REIMBURSED FOR TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE (INCLUDINGREASONABLE COST OF OVERNIGHT LODGING WHERE NECESSARY) AT ARATE OF $15.88 PER DAY DURING TRAVEL TO A MAXIMUM OF $59.00 PER DAYWITH RECEIPTS FROM THE PLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER HAS COME TOWORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, WHETHER IN THE U.S. OR ABROAD, TO THEPLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES 50 PERCENT OF THEPERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT COVERED BY THE JOB ORDER, CONSISTENT WITH20 CFR 655.20(J)(1)(I) BY INCLUSION IN THE PAYCHECK FOR THE APPLICABLEWEEK. EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE OR PAY FOR THE WORKER'S COST OFRETURN TRANSPORTATION AND DAILY SUBSISTENCE FROM THE PLACE OFEMPLOYMENT TO THE PLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER, DISREGARDINGINTERVENING EMPLOYMENT, DEPARTED TO WORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, IFTHE WORKER COMPLETES THE CERTIFIED PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT OR ISDISMISSED FROM EMPLOYMENT FOR ANY REASON BY THE EMPLOYERBEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD, CONSISTENT WITH ยง 655.20(J)(1)(II);EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE DAILY TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THEWORKSITE(S) FROM EMPLOYER'S OFFICE. H-2B WORKERS WILL BEREIMBURSED IN THE FIRST WORKWEEK FOR ALL VISAS, VISA PROCESSING,BORDER CROSSING, AND OTHER RELATED FEES, INCLUDING THOSEMANDATED BY THE GOVERNMENT (EXCLUDING PASSPORT FEES). THEEMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE WORKERS ALL TOOLS, SUPPLIES, ANDEQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB AT NO CHARGE TO THEWORKER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20 CFR 655.20(K). THE THREE-FOURTHSGUARANTEE, OFFERING THE WORKER EMPLOYMENT FOR A TOTAL NUMBEROF WORK HOURS EQUAL TO AT LEAST THREE FOURTHS OF THE WORKDAYSOF EACH 12-WEEK PERIOD, IF THE PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT COVERED BYTHE JOB ORDER IS 120 OR MORE DAYS, OR EACH 6-WEEK PERIOD, IF THEPERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT COVERED BY THE JOB ORDER IS LESS THAN 120DAYS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20 CFR 655.20(F).
