The employer would position the food concessions trailer in the assigned location During transit, metal awnings cover the glass windows unlatch the locks, using hands. The gas struts raise the awnings to the correct height As items shift during transit open the door, observe if everything was in the correct position, and if slide back into the correct location. Front counter, cash register, counter cloth/banner, trash cans, condiment, cutlery and napkin kiosk(s) would be unloaded by hand and placed into the correct locations. Each item is designed for travel and easy setup, with nothing weighing more than about 20 pounds.
