Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies; Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cut and filet fish, or preparing sauces); Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; Deep fry, steam and broil fish and various seafood dishes; Clean up station and take care of leftover food; Stock inventory appropriately; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion; Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards; * 5-6 shifts per week, generally from 10am to 6pm, must be available on weekends and holidays. Days-off vary. *Housing will not be provided but assisted in finding and will be approximately $180.00 per week, per person, utilities included; Rent will not be deducted from the employees' paychecks. The employees will pay rent directly to their landlord. Workers will be provided with the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform their duties at no charge. The employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due and workers will be paid on each Friday, by check. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the work location. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s most reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted weekly. No experience necessary, will train.
