Maintain and beautify grounds at private clubhouse, tennis center, pools and golf course. Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, mowing, watering, and fertilizing using lawn mowers, shovels, trimmers and leaf blowers. Pick up litter around club and golf course. One month of some groundskeeping, landscaping experience preferred. Shifts are 5:00AM 1:00PM and 7:00AM 3:00PM. Wage paid within range of $24.16 - $25.00/hr based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employees will work 5-6 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Possible 1-10 hours overtime/wk. Club locations for positions: 100 Clubhouse Lane, Edgartown, MA 16 Field Club Lane, Edgartown, MA Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Housing may be provided based upon availability at employer's discretion at a cost of $55.00/wk withdrawn from paycheck. The housing fee will be deducted through payroll so long as the weekly housing fee does not result in weekly wages equal to less than $35.00 below Massachusetts minimum wage. Employer will make all deductions from paycheck as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of $15.88/day up to a max of $59.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
