Employee will be registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of occupied rooms, making and confirming reservations, collecting payments from departing guests. Assist with bring in luggage for guests, help carry luggage and direct guests to options for parking. Greet/welcome guests, direct guests. Answer phones. Register guests and provide room key. Compute bills and collect payment. Keep records of room availability. Review reservations transactions daily. Assist guest with luggage and parking options. Contact appropriate staff members when guest report problems. Confirm reservations by phone. Maintain lobby and sitting area, ensure coffee, beverages and snacks are replenished. Handle inquiries for guests. Attend meetings. Understand and comply with safety procedures. Comply with uniforms, dress code and appearance standard. 3 Front Desk needed for temporary, full-time employment from 4/1/25 - 1/15/26. Work 35hr.wk. 2 Shifts 7A-3P And 3P-11P. 1 Month Experience. Must Be Able To Work Weekends And Holidays. Rotate/Split Shifts. This Peakload Job Will Pay$17.36 Per Hr, including tips. Possible Overtime 0-10 Hr Wk $26.04 For Overtime. A Single Work WeekWill Be Used To Compute Wages. Workers Will Be Paid Bi-Weekly, On Friday. HousingAvailable/optional $85.00/Wk Rent, Paid Bi-Weekly Payroll Deduction. Health insurance available/optional. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or it's cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $15.88 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of$59.00per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment.
