  With on-the-job training, under close supervision, workers will move topsoil; dig holes, rake, water plants, plant trees and shrubs; lay sod, load and unload materials; install landscape materials, work on and install lawn and landscape sprinklers, clean up landscaped beds, carry, spread and stack mulch and stone, pull weeds, utilize common landscaping hand and power tools, push wheelbarrows with soil and stone, pick up litter. May apply fertilizers, and common horticultural products; common maintenance, use and operation/maneuvering of mowing and landscaping equipment, tools, vehicles.
