Employees will be expected to prune, pick, and pack peaches season all along with intermediary orchard maintenance consisting of mowing, weeding, irrigating, and planting. Employee must have a total of three months experience in thinning, picking, and packing peaches. Potential hires must have referral from past employment in similar work experience. Employee will be expected to withstand long hours of worked during extreme outdoor temperatures and is expected to maintain the pace of the crew.
