Duties may include: Cleaning work areas, supering hives, extracting honey, cleaning and splitting hives. Maintaining, cleaning, and painting bee boxes. Care for bees by feeding, moving/relocating to different hives. Moving hives with forklift & other related Beekeeper activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
