  1. Service, repair, and rebuild tractors, combines, drills, sprayers, and trucks in the shop 2. Monitor stored grain for moisture, temperature, and insects, and run aeration fans 3. Clean out bins, augers, and grain-handling equipment 4. Clean and treat seed and get drills ready for spring seeding 5. Plow snow and keep yards, roads, and bin sites open 6. Maintain shops, buildings, and fuel and chemical storage 7. Run for parts and pick up supplies 8. Help with inventory and basic records 9. Help load trucks for hauling to the elevator, move augers etc. 10. Feed cattle daily (hay, supplement, mineral) using a tractor or bale processor
