The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the corn harvest season. Workers will harvest corn by hand. They are required to help cover loaded trailers with tarps and connect and disconnect trailers during work hours. In addition, workers will occasionally be packing and carrying corn boxes which weigh 40 lbs. They may perform other general farm labor. They are to conclude work tasks by cleaning up at the work site. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. (Continued in Addendum C)
