Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land and transport crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, sprayers, combines, and mowers, ATV, pickups, farm trucks and semi-trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on farm and to the field or storage facilities. Perform general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Schedule and duties may vary depending on crop and field conditions. Work may include weekends, evenings, or overtime as necessary during peak periods. The employer will provide notice of schedule changes as far in advance as possible. Employer guarantees to pay at least the AEWR but reserves the right to pay more based on tenure with the company, experience, skill, performance, attendance, and other factors.
