Operate and monitor grain conditioning equipment including fan systems to ensure efficient and safe conditioning of grain to meet quality standards. Discard inferior or defective products or foreign mater; guide products to regulate flow through machines and to discard diseased or rotten products. Monitor and report grain moisture and grades. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, Inspect, disassemble and rebuild equipment, this includes but is not limited to disassembly and reassembly of components for replacement of bearings, sprockets, shafts, lubricants, filters, parts, chains, belts and worn components, and surfacing and welding of cracks including cleaning conditioning equipment, storage areas, and surrounding facilities. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Load Semi-trucks, drive and deliver grain and product to ports and terminals. Must speak and understand English.
