  General farm work includes: Crop/Crawfish field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice and driving tractors; fertilize, spot spray weeds; spraying to maintain vegetation, assist with loading and unloading of rice trucks; must be able to drive vehicles to various farm locations; maintain rice bins including clean up of rice spills, sweeping rice spills/bins. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, bait traps, operate crawfish boat, checking of traps; frequent stooping and lifting traps, load and unload trucks, wash and grade crawfish; repair traps; put out and pick up crawfish traps in ponds; stock crawfish ponds; weigh and tag crawfish. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, farm roads & fences; Performance bonuses associated with performing the job duties may be earned.
