Duties may include: Attend to cattle, calves, and horses. Duties may include bedding, feeding, watering, repair frozen pipes, herding, catching, removing snow, and loading cattle. Scraping and hauling manure and hauling feed. Inspect, maintain feeding and manure equipment, repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards and fences. 1 hour meal break. May maintain records on cattle, calves and horses; examine cattle, calves and horses to detect diseases or injuries; assist in calving; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate & other related Farmworker, Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
