• Offer description:

  Employees will need to assist with the cow/calf operation from December until May 1. Cows will be kept at a calving yard for calving season from December until May 1. Daily duties will include feeding, bedding, checking animals and keeping calving records. Employees will also be operating a skid loader, tractor and feed wagon will be used for mixing and delivering feed to animals. Workers may be asked to take a turn at checking during the night hours and assist cows with birthing and deliveries as needed. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
