Stocker and cow-calf operation. Need help feeding, vaccinating, and maintaining the fences on the cattle farm. Also need help planting the winter grasses, spraying them, and fertilizing them. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, load and unload materials and commodities, load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, maintain grounds and landscaping, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating, use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools, work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, manure spreading equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, self-propelled machinery, silage choppers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, hay, silage. Must speak and understand English.
