Crops: Minks Responsible for the processing, skinning, handling, and drying of mink pelts while maintaining quality and following company procedures.Skin mink according to company procedures. Process and prepare mink pelts for drying. Properly place pelts on drying boards/equipment. Monitor the drying process. Inspect pelts for quality and proper drying. Sort and handle pelts carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Clean and care for processing equipment and tools. Follow company safety procedures. Report equipment problems or quality concerns to a supervisor. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. While actual daily goals may fluctuate based on available commodities, the employer estimates that skinning, fleshing, and drying 125 mink per day is a sustainable minimum production standard. Workers who possess a valid driver’s license and meet all applicable legal requirements, including holding a doctor’s certificate as required by 29 CFR § 500.105, may be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business. This task is voluntary, compensable, and not a mandatory job duty. Workers without a valid driver’s license or doctor’s certificate will still be fully eligible for employment and are not disqualified from any other job responsibilities outlined in this application. The employer can and will make alternative arrangements for the transportation of workers should the need arise. The Employer currently intends to stagger the entry of H-2A workers via the following anticipated start dates and estimated number of workers: 11/10/2026 - 10 workers 11/20/2026 - 4 workers The total number of workers requested across all start dates is 14.
