Perform temporary agricultural work on a grain farm located in Nelson County, North Dakota, producing corn, wheat, barley, soybeans, and sunflowers, during the post-harvest period and in preparation for the upcoming planting season. Handle grain produced on the farm, including emptying grain storage bins, cleaning grain storage bins and grain storage facilities, and assisting with grain handling and storage activities. Load and transport harvested grain from farm storage to the local grain elevator using farm equipment. Perform general farm labor associated with grain handling, storage, and preparation of the farm operation for the upcoming crop season. Perform routine inspections of farm equipment and assist with cleaning, greasing, servicing, and maintaining farm equipment in preparation for the 2027 crop season. Work hours may vary based on weather, crop conditions, and operational demands during the season. Duties are performed beginning after the fall harvest and continuing through preparation for spring planting, consistent with the farm's seasonal grain production cycle. Duties are associated with handling the 2026 crop and preparing equipment and the farm operation for the 2027 planting season, and are performed on the employer's farm in connection with the grain crops produced on the operation. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
