Duties may include: Prepare or service all structures, grounds and equipment during the mink harvest, pelting and breeding season. To facilitate the care and handling of mink during harvest and breeding season. Operate/facilitate/observe equipment used at various stations of care, harvest, fleshing, pelt drumming, or stretching of mink pelts. Keep grounds and equipment clean. Cleanup of all structures, grounds, and equipment at the conclusion of season & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
