We operate a diversified family farming operation in central North Dakota, farming approximately 3,380 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat, and other small grains. Our operation also includes cattle and sheep. We utilize Case equipment and require seasonal agricultural workers to assist with planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, equipment operation, livestock care, general farm maintenance, and other routine agricultural duties during our peak seasonal workload. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, bailers and other hay equipment, combines or other harvesting equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, pickups, cars, etc, planters, semi trucks, skid steers, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, sheep, corn, hay, sheep, soybeans, wheat. Must speak and understand English.
