• Offer description:

  We operate a tree nursery , growing ornamental shade trees and palms . We need seasonal employees to assist with growing , pruning , fertilizing , digging , loading , off -loading and planting. Season starts September 1 to prepare machinery and equipment before the harvest time. Employees will assist with harvesting trees , mowing and weeding . Employer may pay performance -based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer 's discretion . Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience. Employer will conduct random post - hire drug testing at employer 's expense and will conduct post - hire background checks at employer ' s expense. Require 3 months experience. Work on the worker’s Sabbath or Federal holidays will not be required at any time.
