  Workers will operate GPS and mapping equipped farm machinery used for spraying, tilling and harversting of wheat, corn and soybeans. Workers will transport harveted crops from field to bins using grain cart and augers. They will use semitrucks to transport the commodities to desinated locations the fill grain contracts. All crops machinery and supplies will be property of the owners there will be no commiercal hauling done. So there will be no CDL required. Maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings, structures and grounds may include snow removal. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be able to tolerate wheater conditions. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 60 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls of the operation only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, fields, or housing units. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during working hours and otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements, and must have semitruck driving experians. Operate farm machinery with installed GPS for harverting.
