Mow lawns and trim vegetation on employer property. Perform light maintenance such as painting, cleaning work areas, and repairing carts or benches. Assist with replacing greenhouse roofing materials (poly film, panels, or glazing) under supervision, including securing and sealing roof components. Workers must be able to climb a ladder and work above ground level in greenhouse gutters, without fear of heights. Workers may assist with minor repairs or maintenance of buildings and equipment under direct supervision. No specialized skills or experience required. Housing and Grounds Maintenance: Workers will be required to keep employer-provided housing in clean, orderly condition. Housing is subject to zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy. General Labor and Support: Unload incoming supplies (soil, pots, fertilizer). Organize and restock materials in storage areas. Operate hand tools and small powered equipment safely. Perform other related duties consistent with greenhouse operations. Workers will be expected to be able to operate agricultural equipment including but not limited to mowers, weed eaters and golf carts.
