We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn and soybean production season. Employees will perform all duties associated with the planting, cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and hauling of these crops. Job duties include preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, and hand trucks; loading hoppers, containers, and conveyors using forklifts, augers, suction gates, shovels, and pitchforks; guiding products on conveyors to regulate product flow and remove diseased or damaged products; observing and listening to machinery during operation to detect malfunctions; and recording agricultural data and other production information as required. Employees will perform general farm duties as assigned to support the successful production and harvest of corn and soybean crops during the seasonal period. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
