  Duties may include: Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Participate in harvesting, inspecting, sorting, and storing corn. The worker must be able to work long hours in all weather conditions including heat, humidity, rain, high pollen, and other harsh conditions. The worker must have the required strength and endurance to complete the work and have the ability to work quickly and skillfully with their hands & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
