  Duties may include: Drive farm trucks on farm. Operate a tractor during spring/fall tillage, operate grain cart, set up auger to grain bin. Inspect and clean farm trucks, tractors and equipment. Load/unload trucks. Ground maintenance on farm and/or housing, i.e. weed eating, mowing. Maintain/clean shop area. Rain days are typically spent in the shop repairing equipment and preparing for the next day's work. Must communicate in English, follow instructions, and be physically capable of performing all job duties & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
