  Workers are required to drive tractors for sugarcane planting, harvesting, preparing fields, cleaning and repair and maintenance on farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work, field sanitation duties, and either hand harvest or straighten cane behind a mechanical planter. General farm labor such as drainage, cleaning the shop areas, mowing the yard around the house, shop, office and keeping fields free of debris will be required, Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
