  Workers will drive trucks (no CDL required) and operate equipment for custom farm manure pumping, row crop mechanical planting, and harvesting. For silage harvesting, workers will use machines for packing and bagging. Workers may also operate equipment to plant crops and prepare the soil and may wash, maintain and repair employers equipment. Applicants are required to have 3 months of experience with agricultural pumping equipment and basic welding/repair skills. Drug Screens will be performed upon suspicion, accident or incident, at the expense of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug screen will result in termination.
