The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Duties required: harvest, count, plant, load, unload and stack strawberries and blueberries. Other duties may include installation/maintenance and hooking up drip irrigation, pruning, scanning, cutting/trimming, weeding, pulling plastic/drip-tape, field walking, quality control and general farm labor. Duties may include tractor and field truck operation. Some workers may perform farm and housing maintenance duties. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. (Continued in Addendum C)
