The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Agricultural Bus Driver will pick up workers from employer-provided housing, take them to the worksites, and drive workers back to their housing. They will only spend about ten percent of their workday doing driving duties. They will spend most of the day field walking. Other daily job duties include conducting simple daily vehicle maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip inspections), filling water jugs with drinking water for the workers each morning, and ensuring field sanitation measures are maintained throughout the day. Duties may include loading/unloading and irrigation. They are required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the grocery store and to the laundromat. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a federal and state farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. 34 workers needed to start on 8/1/26 and the remaining 51 workers needed to start on 10/25/26.
