  The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals. Employees will supervise field workers, drivers and other seasonal workers. They will plan the picking schedule, determine which fields or blocks will be picked for the day, assign job tasks to workers, and evaluate the drivers to ensure they are completing all required duties. They may occasionally drive workers to the worksite or back to the housing. Supervision duties include demonstrating to field workers how to perform the different tasks properly and providing daily instruction to workers. The supervisor may be required to take workers once a week to the grocery store and to the laundromat. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting may be involved on a regular basis. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a federal and state farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense.
