Sweet Potato Harvesting: Move through field on uneven ground to collect sweet potatoes in the field and place in 5 gallon bucket. When bucket is full, dump sweet potatoes in trailer parked in middle of row and mark ticket. Pull weeds/chop: Workers will walk along rows as specified by employer and remove weeds and grass from fields by hand or using a long-handled hoe.
