• Offer description:

  We plant and harvest corn and soybeans, as well as custom spread dry manure in Iowa and Minnesota. Employee will operate a planter, combine, tractor and a manure spreader. Employee will also need to operate a loader, skid loader and service the equipment. Other duties include, power washing and maintaining the shop. Employee will complete general farm duties as assigned. We require long hours and weekend hours. Employee must have extensive experience operating farm machinery and large equipment, be mechanically inclined, and be able to repair and maintain equipment. Staggered arrival with 2 employees starting August 1 and 3 employees arriving September 5. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Returning workers will get a $1.00/hr increase over the minimum. Not to be less than wage from prior season
