  Workers are required to drive tractors and trucks for sugarcane and soybeans planting and harvesting, and preparing the fields for the next crop, cleaning and minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work. General farm labor such as drainage, cleaning the shop areas, mowing and cleaning house yard, shop yard and keeping the fields free of debris will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
