  We need seasonal employees to assist with general farm duties. Operate a tractor to haul grain to storage and complete routine maintenance on farm equipment and implements to prepare it for the fall harvest. During the winter employee will need to complete snow removal around the property, during the spring the employee will need to complete the necessary mowing. During the spring employee will need to power-wash equipment to prepare for the planting and harvesting season. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
