  Workers will operate various agricultural equipment to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store small grains. Duties include driving tractors, combines, and other machinery; performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment; hauling harvested crops; assisting with grain storage; and using hand tools when necessary. Workers must follow all safety protocols and instructions. Experience with agricultural machinery and adherence to schedules and productivity expectations are required. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
