MH BLUEBERRY HARVESTING LLC/ Margarito Hernandez(FLC), (156) Temporary Agricultural Workers for (Van Buren and Allegan Counties), in Michigan (June/22/2026, to September/13/2026). (Blueberry Harvesting): Blueberry Harvest by hand, Picking of Blueberries, Cleaning Blueberries, stacking boxes/containers of Blueberries, and driving buses on the blueberry farm. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. The job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Able to lift and carry 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday. Workers should be physically able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodation. It should not hinder the productivity of another worker. The use, possession, or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during working time is prohibited. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol testing at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Requires 1 month of verifiable work experience in blueberry manual harvesting. $3.25 per Bucket (1 Gallon) or equivalent/Blueberry. The estimated hourly rate is $13.78/hr. guaranteed for “U.S. workers (A1)”, and the estimated hourly rate is $13.73/hr. guaranteed for “H-2A workers (B1)”. 35 hours a week. 1st-week warranty. Housing is provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their residency daily. The tools are provided by the employer at no cost. 3/4 scheduled working hours guaranteed. Transport/subsistence reimbursed for the costs incurred by reporting to the workplace if the worker completes half the period of employment. Return Transportation Refunded if the worker terminates the contract. The employer understands that the Fair Labor Standards Act applies independently of the H-2A requirements and imposes. obligations on employers regarding payment of wages. 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1).
