  We need seasonal employees to assist with our row-crop operations which also include processing a few vegetables. We currently grow peanuts, corn, cotton, soybeans, squash, oats and wheat. We need seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of planting, harvesting crops, spraying and spreading fertilizer and chemicals, and cultivating along with operating the equipment designated for those tasks. Employees will also be operating center pivots, transporting crops using 18 wheelers, and repairing and maintaining equipment including irrigation. All of these tasks will require accurate record keeping. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
