Fox Point Farms is seeking one highly capable and physically fit Specialty Agricultural Laborer and On-Site Facilities Worker for our working agrihood farm and hospitality property. This position is *extremely labor-intensive* and includes a wide range of outdoor, physical, and technically demanding tasks. The role combines specialized farm labor, facilities repair, and chainsaw-related land management. You will work in remote and challenging areas of the property, often independently and without immediate supervision, clearing invasive species, trimming or felling trees with a chainsaw, hauling brush and logs across sloped terrain, and managing wildfire risk through land cleanup. The ideal candidate must be extremely comfortable and confident working alone with chainsaws for extended periods in rugged terrain. You will also assist in woodworking projects and general repairs around the property. Additional responsibilities include strenuous manual labor on the vegetable farm. This includes heavy lifting, extended hours in heat and cold, crawling in animal pens, and harvesting or planting produce. This is not a customer-facing role. **Duties include, but are not limited to:** - Use and maintenance of chainsaws and other power tools - Tree removal, brush clearing, and slope stabilization work in remote areas - Woodworking projects using hand and power tools in physically demanding positions - Basic plumbing and mechanical repairs for farm infrastructure - Harvesting and planting vegetables using repetitive manual labor - Lifting and hauling up to 80 lbs frequently - Operating in extreme temperatures, wet or dusty environments with minimal shade or shelter - Frequent kneeling, crawling, crouching, and lifting while working on uneven or muddy terrain
