FAA Certified Commercial Ag Crop Spraying Pilot, Tail Wheel Endorsement, No Accidents, Min 500 Hours Tail Wheel Time and meet insurance requirements. Ensure you are being loaded in accordance with the SOPs. Ensure your load is properly being administered to your aircraft. Know what chemicals you are applying and be familiar with the label of the chemicals you are applying at all times. Ensure your spray nozzles and fan pump blade pitch are in the correct position as it pertains to your loads. Ensure your spray application is performed inside the farm field at the appropriate height to mitigate off target application. Be aware of where you left off on a field and how many total swaths there are associated with the field you/you’re worked/working; remember/record your last swath and where you started your A and B line. At the end of every day ensure your Job Packets are completed correctly; each farm field has a record of the date of application, acres completed, weather info during the duration of application, duration of application, applicator’s name, aircraft’s N#, airport aircraft was loaded from, your initials/signature, and the log file number. At the end of every day ensure the front page of your Job Packets have a record of all log file #’s associated with all the farm fields you sprayed for that Job Packet.
