Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various equipment for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing and harvesting of crops. Maintain machinery. May haul farm commodities. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. Crops: Cotton, peanuts & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
