  Each vine must be pre-pruned prior to pruning back to two buds(10%). We have approximately 25,000 vines. Once a year we plant new vines(10%) When the vines start growing they need to be trained onto the trellis system(20%). As the vines grow they need to be positioned them between the trellis wires(20%). When the shoots get too long they need to be hedged(20%). This needs to e done two to three times a year to each vine. There is also mowing and maintaining the vineyard between the vines and rows and upkeep of the surrounding area(10%). Once harvest arrives the grapes are handpicked into picking buckets which are then brought up to the winery for processing. Help processing the grapes into the tanks(10%).
