Workers will assist in two main areas on a farm for a farmer, this includes fertilizer application and maintenance of farm buildings and farm structures. Clean work areas and maintain farm grounds. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into sprayer machinery. Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Must have experience with TERREGATOR and JOHN DEERE/ CASE Ag Equipment. Operate forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.
