  Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, transplant, trim, spray, weed, hoe, maintain, and hand harvest to quality standards vegetable and fruit crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; assemble, disassemble, operate and repair irrigation equipment; general greenhouse tasks including cleaning, seeding, moving plants, watering; harvesting, monitoring plant health, and treating any diseased or unhealthy plants; assemble bins/containers; load/unload crops; unload and stack employer grown products at market locations; drive and operate atv’s tractor, skidsteer, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; general farm maintenance and clean up, including removing debris, rocks and other trash on the farm, pulling weeds, and cutting grass; clean pens and haul manure; perform routine general repairs and maintenance of farm equipment; grade, sort and pack produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area.
