  Hours are variable Monday-Saturday, 6:30am-5:30pm, with one (1), unpaid, hour for lunch. Duties include planting, harvesting, tilling, clearing, fertilizing, spray drainage, mowing, and bale transport for rice, cotton, soybeans and corn. Workers must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. May repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned are provided to the worker, without charge or deposit. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee over the life of the contract.
