  This job requires 3 months of operating and maintaining conveyor systems by the worker. Crops: Cherries This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of Polehn Farms. Conveyor Operators and Tenders must have a general knowledge of standard maintenance and operational procedures for optical sorters. Specific knowledge of Pearl Sort Technology is a plus. Additionally, a general knowledge and willingness to learn USDA and Oregon grading standards for fresh cherries. See Addendum C: A.8a Job Duties 1.2
