• Offer description:

  Prune peach trees & rake brush. Thin blossoms and fruit from peach trees. Harvest peaches at correct ripeness, pack into shipping boxes. Must be able to climb down ladder with 35 lb. pack on back. Must pick 10 bushel bags of peaches/hour for job retention as is standard for the industry in the area of intended employment. Employer will provide 1 day of training and allow 3 days of work for workers to reach the clearly defined production standard. Employer will abide by all of Colorado's Agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and any subsequent Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Orders (COMPS order). Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 “peak weeks” for highly seasonal employers. Skill Level 1 application.
