  Workers will assist with all aspects of wheat and hay cultivation on a family-owned farm in Williston, North Dakota. Job duties include field preparation, operating agricultural equipment for planting, irrigating, and harvesting, as well as performing other seasonal farm work essential to crop production. Workers will operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, combines, and balers. Tasks also involve loading and unloading agricultural products, cleaning equipment, clearing fields, and preparing crops for storage. Workers may be required to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and walking in varied outdoor conditions. Assistance with irrigation systems includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting equipment as needed to maintain field moisture levels. All work will be performed under close supervision, with on-the-job training provided. Duties are subject to change based on seasonal demands and weather conditions. Workers must follow all safety instructions and perform tasks efficiently to ensure successful crop cultivation and harvest throughout the employment period. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday.
